Aster Alice Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items* that have not been worn, altered, or washed, and with all tags attached for a refund or exchange. A $30 per item (extra $15 for each additional items in the same order ) return fee will be applied. This fee covers a pre-paid return shipping label (from U.S. only) and a small restocking fee. This fee will be waived if you received a defective item and would like to exchange for another one (in exact same style/color/size). We are unable to provide pre-paid return shipping label for international orders. The restocking fee for international orders will be the actual shipping charge by USPS we paid to ship the order to you.

We thoroughly inspect every item before shipping to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns under any of the following circumstance:
The item is damaged or shows signs of use.
The item is improperly packaged for shipping.
All items returned without its original packaging and/or without tag(s) attached will be subject to an extra 10% restocking fee. We do not accept items that have been used/worn.
Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the purchase delivery date will be credited in the same form as the original payment. Refunds for items returned more than 7 days after the purchase delivery date, but within 14 days, will be in the form of a store credit redeemable on your next purchase (this store credit expires in 3 months).

To return or exchange an item, please email your request (with the order number) to info@asteralice.com or via the 'contact us' form to obtain a Return Authorization Form (w/ RA#) and a pre-paid shipping label.
Returns or exchange without a Return Authorization Form will not be processed. If the RA number is not written on outside of box, shipment will be refused and returned to the customer.
Policy for Pre-sale Items
All presale items will be charged for the full amount (minus $15 deposit) 10 days prior to the expected shipping date. Your card will be authorized for the order total but only be charged for a non-refundable $15 deposit per item at the time when an order is placed.
Refused Shipments Refused shipments from asteralice.com are subject to the original shipping charges, the cost of returning the package, plus 20% restocking fee. The amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
