Domestic Shipping
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. All U.S. orders receive complimentary shipping by Fedex Ground or USPS standard delivery, unless otherwise specified during the check out process. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional charge. Shipping to PO boxes requires additional verification and a signature is required for orders over $100.
International Shipping
We offer free international shipping on regular price items $100 or more. Shipping charge will be credited back after the order is placed. Sale items (including those purchased with coupon codes) and items less than $100 will receive a competitive shipping rate (calculated at checkout). All international orders may be subjected to import duties/taxes charged by destination country. Customer is responsible for paying duties/taxes and other additional charges for customs clearance.
Pre-sale items Shipping
Expected delivery date for pre-orders is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Please understand that we are not able to control unforeseen delays by the manufacturers.
Refused Shipments
Refused shipments from asteralice.com are subjected to the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package. The amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
